Leavenworth Mamas, this year I’ll be holding 4 very small mother daughter circles for girls between the ages of 8 & 12.

Circles will incorporate simple rituals, the practice of co-creating an inclusive, supportive group organism, mindfulness techniques, sharing and weaving stories together.  Each circle we’ll have an inspirational historical heroine and mythology as a focus to help create openings for asking deeper questions of ourselves and process how we can embody highlighted gifts & strengths/honor & celebrate those qualities in others. 

The hope is that these girls find a place where they feel at home in their bodies and with who they are.  It’s a place to build trust between mother-daughter-community. If you’re interested or want to sign up, email me @ ManaMountainLove@gmail.com  Space is limited to 12 beautiful bodies.

Circles are $10 per person per session (so $20 per mama-daughter) just to cover materials and preparations.  

It would be best if you can commit to all 4 sessions, so we can create a cohesive group energy together.

All circles will be on Tuesday evenings from 5-7pm.
